A nutrition plan that fits your life
Training is half the story, nutrition is the other half. With the Lijfplan programme you get a nutrition coach who keeps an eye on your progress. You take regular measurements, talk through how it's going and adjust where needed.
No strict diet, just a plan that fits your lifestyle and goals. The focus is on habits you can keep, so you stay in balance over the long run too.
