Running mixed with strength, in a fixed format you can make as tough as you like. As the only official Hyrox gym in 's-Gravendeel, we train both adults and children here, from complete beginners to advanced athletes.

Running plus eight strength stations
Hyrox is a global fitness race with a fixed format: eight one-kilometre runs, each one followed by a functional exercise. Think pushing and pulling a sled, rowing, weighted lunges and wall balls.
Because the format never changes, you can compare yourself fairly with last time. You see your progress in black and white. With us you train the same stations, at your own pace and with the right technique.
A station between every kilometre
SkiErg
Pull down hard with both arms, like cross-country skiing.
Sled push
Push a weighted sled forward across the floor.
Sled pull
Pull the same sled back towards you on a rope.
Burpee broad jumps
A burpee followed by a jump forward, one after another.
Rowing
Full effort on the rowing machine, strength and stamina together.
Farmers carry
Walk with a heavy kettlebell in each hand, strong grip and core.
Sandbag lunges
Lunges with a sandbag across your shoulders.
Wall balls
Squat with a medicine ball and throw it at the target.

Certified, and for every level
Our trainers are certified for Hyrox. That means you learn the right technique and build up safely. No competitive atmosphere that makes you feel small, but a group where everyone works at their own level.
