Training and relaxing, in the same place
With an unlimited membership you get 1.5 hours free every day at Thermen Binnenmaas, right next to the gym. Eleven saunas, two steam rooms and cooling pools, to let your muscles unwind after a workout.
A single spa day soon costs more than a whole month of training with us. You pay for your workout and the wellness comes with it. Want unlimited access to Thermen Binnenmaas? You can with the Sport & Spa membership.

Good to know
Do I need to sign up in advance for a free trial?
No. Just walk in during opening hours and train for free, no appointment at all. On your first visit we jot down a few details, that's all.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. There's no joining fee and you cancel with one calendar month's notice. An unlimited membership simply runs until you cancel.
I've never trained before. Is that a problem?
Not at all, most members started exactly there. You get a training programme of your own and our instructors are on the floor to help you get going.
Can I train freely or do I have to take classes?
Either works. Train on the gym floor whenever it suits you, or join the group classes. Entirely up to you.
How do I book a group class?
Through the free Technogym MyWellness app. You'll see the live schedule and book your spot in one tap.
Is the wellness centre really included?
Yes. With an unlimited membership you get an hour and a half free every day at Thermen Binnenmaas, the wellness resort right next door.
From what age can children join?
Children from age 6 can join the kids' classes, like Kids Hyrox, Kids Bootcamp and Kids Kickboxing. From age 14 you can also train on the gym floor.
