Training and relaxing, in the same place
With every unlimited adult membership you get 1.5 hours free every day at Thermen Binnenmaas, right next to the gym. Eleven saunas, two steam rooms and cooling pools, to let your muscles unwind after a workout.
You train, then step straight into the warmth. Want to stay all day, or go as often as you like? The Sport & Spa membership covers that.

Good to know
Do I need to sign up in advance for a free trial?
No. Just walk in during opening hours, no appointment at all. Your visit is free and you choose how to spend it, training on the floor or joining a group class. On your first visit we jot down a few details, that's all.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. There is no joining fee and no annual contract, and your membership simply runs until you cancel.
Is there anything to pay besides my membership?
No. There is no joining fee and no start-up cost. The only extra is a €10 deposit for your membership card, which you get back as soon as you hand the card in.
Can my employer contribute?
Often, yes. We are a participating sports location with Bedrijfsfitness Nederland. If your employer is signed up too, it runs through them: your employer starts it off and the registration reaches us from their side. Ask your employer whether it is possible and what they contribute, as it differs from company to company.
Would your company rather arrange something directly with us? Get in touch and we will look at what is possible.
I've never trained before. Is that a problem?
Not at all, most members started exactly there. You get a training programme of your own and our instructors are on the floor to help you get going.
Is the wellness centre really included?
Yes. With every unlimited adult membership you get an hour and a half free every day at Thermen Binnenmaas, the wellness resort right next door.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You can pause for up to three months a year, on the same full calendar month’s notice. If you need to stop for medical reasons we handle that straight away and with no waiting period, against a note from your doctor.
How does the notice period work?
We ask for one full calendar month’s notice.
Cancel this month and your membership runs to the last day of next month.
